I used M&M during the heat of July. The team was conscientious and careful - and good spirited despite the heat. I moved into a 4 story townhouse and there were no complaints on using the stairs, though we suggested using the elevator. We also had to store our possessions overnight as the move out was one day before the move in. I highly recommend M&M!
